Technology in a mini size
A small device that can be connected downstream of any reverse osmosis water treatment system, to always have VIVA remineralized water available with the chosen combination of minerals. MiniGenesi is supplied with the 2-liter VIVA Balance bag-in box with which 100 liters of remineralized water are dispensed. Subsequently it will be possible to use a different combination of minerals by choosing from those proposed in the VIVA ESSENZE line.
The plus of MiniGenesi: remineralization with instant, personalized and controlled dosage
MiniGenesi is equipped with a practical and intuitive connector with a guide that makes connection to the VIVA bag-in-box tap very simple and quick.
The system requires a 5-way tap: two for cold and hot mains water, three for dispensing VIVA remineralized water still at room temperature, cold and cold sparkling.
For each delivery request, the mains water is filtered and osmotized by the upstream system, then passes into the MiniGenesi which instantly and at controlled dosage mixes the osmotized water with the combination of minerals contained in the bag-in-box, dispensing thus VIVA remineralized water with an identical salt content throughout the world.
Requirements for MiniGenesi components
All component materials in contact with water are free of unwanted substances that could be transferred to water such as, for example, lead, chromium and nickel.
Technical features
MiniGenesi is installed downstream of reverse osmosis filtration systems with closed by-pass and having a production of filtered and osmotic water between 60 and 180 l / h. It is equipped with an 8 mm quick-fit coupling at the inlet and outlet.
The device is equipped with a peristaltic system which releases the dosage of minerals based on the quantity of osmotized water that passes and has a VIVA bag-in-box end control system. It has a synoptic panel that provides the user with information on its operating status, via special LEDs.
At the end of the 100 liter passage, a red LED lights up to indicate that the VIVA bag-in-box needs to be replaced.
By-pass kit for sanitizing bag-in-box circuits
A ready-to-use kit equipped with a specific tap to be hooked up to MiniGenesi’s Vitop connector also allows to sanitize the circuit dedicated to the bag-in-box.
